方向二：prefer此人有dev+QE的相关管理经验，或者比较杂（java, C++, device 产品）

ü      BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent.

ü      2+ years of software design management and people management experiences.

ü      5+ years C/C++ development experiences on Windows or Mac OS platform.

ü      Passion for creating world class desktop application.

ü      Knowledge and experience in software development process.

ü      Cross sites collaboration experience in multinational companies.

ü      Logic thinking and structured approach during problem solving.

ü      Creative thinking and Innovation.

ü      Excellent English reading and writing skills. Fluent oral English.

ü      Be highly responsible, proactive, adaptable and good team player.

ü      Self motivator and fast learner.

ü      Knowledge in Agile development process is a plus.
